Vector Security Package DAG is an OEM-specific security add-on that enables authenticated diagnostic access and ECU programming for Daimler/Mercedes-Benz vehicles (historically referred to as DAG, Daimler AG). It implements the required seed-and-key challenge/response mechanisms defined by the OEM so that Vector tools can unlock protected diagnostic sessions and programming sequences reliably and in compliance with OEM procedures.

Key capabilities:
